1. If you notice an unrecognised charge after it has already processed, go to the card management screen in the app and select Block & Reissue to permanently block your card and request a new one.

2. If you receive an in-app approval request you don't recognise, tap Decline immediately and follow the prompt to block and reissue your card directly from the same screen

3. Report it through "Report a Problem" or email support@ziina.com

4. We'll investigate on a case-by-case basis to evaluate whether a reimbursement applies
