If you suspect fraud or see a charge you don't recognise:

  1. Open the Ziina app and go to the card management screen

  2. Select Block & Reissue to permanently block your current card and issue a new one

  3. Contact our support team through the Help section in the app, we'll investigate and guide you through the next steps

If you receive an in-app payment approval request you don't recognise, tap Decline immediately, you'll be prompted to block and reissue your card directly from that screen.
